Our Refund Policy was last updated on 20.09.2026.
Our guides are digital content delivered instantly. Once you have access to the download, we cannot take the product back, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buying by mistake, or deciding the guide is not what you need.
Your right of withdrawal
Under EU and Spanish consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. This right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately when you have:
given your express consent at checkout to receive the content straight away, and
acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
You give this consent by ticking the required box on the order form, and we confirm it in your purchase confirmation. From the moment your download is made available, your right of withdrawal ends (Article 103(m) TRLGDCU; Article 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).
Please check before you buy
The sales page explains what the guide covers and who it is for, including the level of English it assumes. If you are unsure whether it suits you, email hello@lh-english.com before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
Faulty or missing files
This policy does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty. If your file is damaged, incomplete, will not open, or does not match its description, or if you did not receive your download link, email hello@lh-english.com with your order details. We will send a working file or fix the problem. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund as provided by law.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally paid twice for the same guide, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate payment.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can put it right. Opening a payment dispute without contacting us may lead to your access being withdrawn while the dispute is reviewed.
